Hello,

I have reviewed your latest reply. Unfortunately, it once again fails to address any of the specific questions I raised in my previous message.

To reiterate clearly:

I have never purchased Platinum with real money.
I have never contacted any resellers or participated in black-market activity.
The only trade I made was selling my own mods on Warframe Market — an official and permitted trading platform.
I had no way of knowing the origin of the Platinum I received.

I asked you to answer the following points:

1. Do you consider trading on Warframe Market a violation? If so, which exact section of the Terms of Service prohibits it?
2. How did you determine that I intentionally participated in black-market activity rather than becoming an unintentional recipient of Platinum from a compromised account?
3. Do you have any evidence that I offered or sought real-money trades, contacted known RMT sellers, or conducted any transactions beyond normal in-game trading?

None of these questions received a substantive answer. Instead, you continue to send the same template stating that payments from Russia and Belarus are disabled and that the decision is final.

I did not consent to the unilateral removal of Platinum from my account. This action appears to have been taken pursuant to CRTC 2026-78, yet I received no proper prior notice of the procedure or legal basis for the debit and subsequent restriction of my account.

I therefore demand:

1. The specific legal basis for the debit of Platinum and the account restriction;
2. Confirmation that CRTC 2026-78 applies to this case;
3. A calculation of the amount of Black Platinum removed and its equivalent value;
4. Information on the compensation procedure and timeframe.

I request that the negative balance be fully removed and account access restored, or that equivalent compensation be provided.

Please provide a clear, substantive response to the questions above rather than another generic reply.

If no concrete answers are given, I will be forced to protect my interests through legal proceedings via an authorized representative acting on my behalf in Canada.

Best regards,
