I placed the order and expected it to be delivered, but upon receiving it, I discovered that the package was empty — the ordered item was missing. On the same day, I contacted Amazon customer support and reported the problem. A support representative reviewed the issue and processed a refund.
After the refund was processed, my Amazon account was blocked. Due to the fact that I have not actually received the paid product, and also do not have the opportunity to use my account and resolve the issue directly with the seller, I ask you to consider this situation and help initiate the procedure for challenging the operation (chargeback) for this purchase.
