I am writing to you because of a highly concerning situation regarding my recent Amazon order. To begin with, there was an odd detail regarding the delivery itself: for some reason, the package was signed for by someone named Mark. However, the main issue became apparent when I opened the package, as the box delivered to me turned out to be completely empty.
I immediately reported this to customer service, and the initial representative was very accommodating, assuring me that a full refund would be processed. Unfortunately, inexplicable issues followed. The promised funds never reached my account, and my user profile was suddenly frozen without any prior warning. Currently, all my attempts to get in touch are being completely ignored.
