1. Acceptance of the terms
​By using the Legendary#7522 bot, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any point, you must stop using the Bot and delete it from your server.
​2. Terms of Use
​Users are prohibited from:
Using a Bot to violate the rules of the Discord platform (Community Guidelines).
​Try to cause critical errors in the Bot (spam commands, hacking attempts).
​Use music functionality to broadcast content that violates copyrights for commercial purposes.
​Use a Bot to distribute malware or phishing links through text commands.
​3. Limitation of liability
​"As it is": The bot is provided on an "as is" basis. The developer does not guarantee 100% uptime (uninterrupted operation) and is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the Bot due to technical work or problems on the hosting side (Termux).
Moderation: The developer is not responsible for the actions of server administrators who use the module guard.py for a user's mutation. The responsibility for setting up filters lies with the server owner.
​Data Loss: The Developer is not responsible for any indirect damages or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.
​4. Changing conditions
​The Developer reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Bot after making changes means that you agree to the new version of the Terms.
5. Termination of access
​The Developer reserves the right to restrict access to the Bot for specific servers or users in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.
