Good afternoon.

I would like to file a dispute regarding a payment to Amazon. The order was fully paid, but the package I received was empty. After contacting customer support, the seller initially confirmed that the issue would be resolved through a refund, but later the refund was cancelled.

 The amount paid for the purchase has not been refunded to date. Additionally, Amazon customer support has stopped responding to my emails.

 Please initiate a chargeback procedure for this transaction due to the failure to receive the paid-for item and the lack of a refund from the seller.
