Finally Put Words to My Experience
I found this book very relatable, especially the parts about always feeling responsible for everyone else. The practical exercises and boundary scripts were genuinely useful. I also liked how clearly parentification was explained without making everything feel overly complicated. Some sections felt repetitive, but overall it gave me a lot to think about.
