Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
​This policy explains what data is collected by the Legendary#7522 bot, how it is used and protected. By using the Bot, you agree to the terms of this policy.
​2. What data do we collect
​To ensure correct operation, the Bot gets access to the following data via the Discord API:
​Identifiers (IDs): User ID, Server ID, Channel ID (required for executing commands and moderation).
​Message content: The bot processes the text of messages in real time solely for the operation of the mat filter (module guard.py ).
Voice data: The bot gets access to voice channels only for streaming music. The bot does not record or store user audio data.
​Public information: The user's name and avatar (to display in logs or commands).
​3. Data usage
​The collected data is used only for:
​Executing commands (searching Wikipedia, playing music).
​Automatic moderation (removal of forbidden words and temporary restriction of access to the microphone).
Improvements in the work of the Bot.
​4. Data storage and transmission Storage
: The bot does not use external databases to permanently store your private messages. All data is processed in RAM and disappears after processing.
​Transfer to third parties: We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data can only be transmitted to intermediary services (for example, YouTube/Wikipedia API) exclusively in the form of search queries without reference to your identity.
5. Data deletion
​You can stop using the Bot at any time by deleting it from your server. All temporary data associated with your server will be erased from the Bot's RAM when it restarts.
