This device includes a pre-seeded 24-word recovery phrase, generated offline at the factory for maximum security.

This is your master key to your digital assets. It is the only way to recover your funds if you lose your device or forget your PIN.

During setup, select ‘Restore’, then choose the ‘Restore from Recovery phrase’ option. You will first be prompted to set a new PIN. After confirming your PIN, enter the 24 words provided on the sealed card inside.

Treat this phrase with extreme caution. Anyone with access to it can steal your assets. Never share it, never make a digital copy, and store it securely offline.

Ledger will never ask for your recovery phrase.
