Hello! I would like to request CSS access for my game pages to implement a "postponed development" effect. 

1. This specific styling (a diagonal repeating caution ribbon pattern over the project) cannot be done using the built-in theme editor tools.
2. I plan to add a styled background pattern with rotating red striped ribbons and a text overlay to show that the work is on hold.
3. I confirm that I am fully aware my page must remain accessible. The CSS will not make the page difficult to operate or read for visitors.
4. I confirm that I will not alter itch.io's built-in UI or layout elements. All CSS changes will be strictly scoped only to the visuals of my page content.
