Hello, I'm writing because I'm honestly really confused and stressed out about a recent order I made on Amazon. When the delivery finally showed up, I opened the box and there was literally nothing inside it. I reached out to customer service right away, and the person I spoke with told me not to worry and promised they would process a refund for me.
I thought everything was fine, but a few days went by and the money never showed up in my bank account. To make things even worse, I tried logging in and realized my whole account has been blocked! Now I can't even get in to check what's going on, and nobody is replying to any of my emails. I really need someone to please look into this and help me out. I haven't done anything wrong and just want the refund I was promised.
