However, I have already performed all the standard troubleshooting steps you mentioned prior to contacting you:
Both devices are on the same stable Wi-Fi network (I also tested different networks).
I have rebooted both devices multiple times.
I tried all available connection methods (Cast code, QR code, and AirPlay).
I also downloaded and installed the new version (1.2.2.1) you provided, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the connection timeouts and lag issues at all. The core paid functionality simply does not work on my setup as advertised.
Since the product fails to deliver the expected performance despite following all instructions, I am formally requesting a full refund for my purchase.
Could you please confirm the expected timeline for this refund and whether it will be credited back to my original payment method?
