Complaint Regarding an Outstanding Expert in Reducing Productivity
Dear Management,
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for my young colleague Alfy who, at just 18 years old, has already reached remarkable heights in the art of disrupting the workflow.
While we are trying to perform our duties, this talented individual successfully distracts employees, creates conflicts, and makes an invaluable contribution to lowering overall productivity in the warehouse. Thanks to his efforts, simple tasks become difficult, and difficult tasks become nearly impossible for me and everyone around him.
I would especially like to highlight his unique ability to bully colleagues who are more than twice his age. Not everyone possesses the talent to so enthusiastically attempt to undermine the dignity of workers with years of professional and life experience. It is truly a rare gift.
One can only admire the confidence of someone who has barely reached adulthood yet already considers himself an expert on every subject and regularly demonstrates his perceived superiority to everyone around him. Unfortunately, this behavior brings the company nothing but wasted time, reduced morale, and a deteriorating working atmosphere.
For a whole year, I have endured his disruption, quietly waiting for the day when his energy would finally begin contributing to the company's success rather than its losses. Having realized that day will never come, I refuse to waste any more hope on him.
I know he’s off to university soon, but letting him walk away on his own terms is way too big a concession for his bloated ego. Terminate him before he can officially resign, or he’ll spend the rest of his life believing this warehouse was beneath him—when in reality, he was completely useless to it. If universities gave degrees for Unearned Confidence, he’d have a Ph.D. in Ego Management in just a few days and be lecturing at Harvard on "Why Everyone Except Me Is an Idiots." Furthermore, I formally request that he be stripped of his Employee of the Month title and have his shiny new ball repossessed immediately, as he definitely didn't earn the privilege.
Sincerely,
A team member who would prefer to do my job rather than participate in high school drama.
