Hello Roblox Support,
My account was compromised and someone gained unauthorized access to it.
I originally had 3,000 Robux on my account. I did not purchase these Robux with my own bank card or payment method. The Robux were received from my friends through purchases of my game passes:
2,332 Robux
155 Robux
500 Robux
Out of the 3,000 Robux, I personally spent 459 Robux. The remaining 2,541 Robux were spent without my permission by the person who gained access to my account.
The unauthorized purchases were made in the game Baddies through game pass donations. A total of 7 game passes were purchased:
1 × "2000 Tokens"
1 × "400 Tokens"
1 × "100 Tokens"
4 × "20 Tokens"
I did not make or authorize any of these purchases.
After discovering the issue, I regained access to my account, changed my password, and secured the account.
I kindly ask you to investigate these unauthorized transactions and determine whether a Robux restoration is possible.
