Greetings. I am experiencing a serious issue with a recent Amazon order. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the box delivered to me was completely empty. I reported this incident immediately, and a customer service representative was very accommodating at first, promising a full refund. However, the situation then went completely out of control: the funds never arrived in my account, and my account access was suddenly blocked.
