Hello. I am contacting you regarding my order with the Amazon seller. I received an empty package and the money was refunded. The operator promised to refund the full amount, but a problem arose. Instead of the full amount, I was only refunded part of the money, even though the order was in one package! I tried to contact customer support again, but they refuse to review this case or have stopped responding to my emails. Please initiate a chargeback procedure.
