My FACEIT account is currently linked to a Steam account that was registered with the email address 289a00@bk.ru. Unfortunately, I have lost access to that Steam account because I forgot the password. I have tried to recover it, but I am unable to receive the password recovery emails due to current restrictions affecting email services in my region (I live in Russia). As a result, I cannot regain access to that old Steam account.
I have now created a new permanent Steam account, and I would very much like to continue playing on my FACEIT account using this new Steam profile. However, I cannot change the linked Steam account myself because the verification process requires access to the old Steam account.
Could you please help me to unlink my old Steam account and link my new one instead? I can provide any necessary information to prove my ownership of the FACEIT account, such as my username, previous match history, or any other details you may require.
