Dear Revolut Support,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully request your assistance in disputing a transaction for an Amazon order that I paid for but never actually received. Despite making every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with Amazon over an extended period of time, I have unfortunately been left without either the products I purchased or a refund.

On 9 May 2026, I placed an order with Amazon (Order No. 114-9046504-0860219). The order contained two Nintendo Switch consoles and two WHOOP Life devices, and it was delivered to my residential shipping address in Aurora, Colorado. I accepted the package when it arrived and opened it shortly afterward, expecting to find the items I had purchased. However, upon inspecting the contents, I discovered that the products I had ordered were not inside the package. Although the shipment had been marked as successfully delivered, I did not receive the merchandise I had paid for.

Realizing that something had gone wrong, I contacted Amazon as soon as I discovered the issue. I reported the problem immediately because I believed it was important to notify the merchant without delay and allow them to investigate while all delivery records were still recent. I explained exactly what had happened and expected that the matter would be handled fairly and professionally.

During the following weeks, I remained fully cooperative throughout Amazon’s investigation. I communicated with multiple customer service representatives by both phone and email, answered every question they asked, and promptly provided any information they requested. I patiently waited while Amazon reviewed my claim, believing that the investigation would ultimately confirm that I had not received the products I purchased.

Unfortunately, despite my full cooperation and repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the merchant, the issue remains unresolved. Amazon ultimately declined to provide a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I have neither received the products I paid for nor been refunded for my purchase. After spending a significant amount of time attempting to work directly with Amazon, I have exhausted every reasonable option available to me.

Throughout this entire process, I have acted honestly and in good faith. I reported the issue immediately after discovering it, cooperated fully with every stage of Amazon’s investigation, responded promptly to every request, and remained patient while waiting for a fair outcome. Regrettably, despite all of these efforts, I continue to suffer a financial loss for merchandise that was never successfully delivered to me.

For these reasons, I respectfully ask for Revolut’s assistance in reviewing this disputed transaction. I kindly request that you investigate my case and help recover the funds through the chargeback process. I greatly appreciate the time and attention that Revolut devotes to reviewing customer disputes, and I sincerely thank you for considering my request. Your assistance would mean a great deal to me, as I have exhausted every possible avenue to resolve this issue directly with the merchant and have been unable to obtain either the products or a refund.
