I would like to dispute a charge of $1,436.25 made with my Mastercard ending in 2338 for Amazon order #113-8659369-3597863, placed on August 2, 2026.

The package was marked as delivered, but it arrived empty and I did not receive the purchased items. I contacted Amazon and was informed that a refund would be issued. However, my Amazon account was later blocked and the refund has not been processed.

Please initiate a chargeback for goods not received. I can provide the order details, delivery information, correspondence with Amazon, and any other supporting documents upon request.
